10 AI Prompts to Create Compelling Google Ads For Your Brand
When creating copy for Google Ads, it can feel daunting to create compelling, clickable, and descriptive headlines with such a limited character capacity. Instead of spending hours coming up with ideas, you can use AI Prompts to create high-converting ads people can’t help but click.
Spending a little time informing AI who you are and what you need will result in better ad copy and usable headlines and descriptions.
Below, we have a super easy-to-use format to start generating ads immediately.
Teaching AI About Your Brand
First, you will tell your preferred AI “I am going to share with you details about my business so you can help me craft a variety of Google Ads based on the information provided. Once you have a deep understanding of my business, I will send over the Google Ad prompts. Let me know if you need more information than provided or if you have any additional questions for me.”
Then, you will input the following information filled in based on your business.
- BUSINESS DETAILS: Name, and description of your product/services, core values, and/or brand differentiators. It is helpful to link to your website here.*
- KEYWORDS: Give a list of 10 keywords you want your brand to be associated with when people are searching and these should be incorporated into headline options. Include any negative keywords here as well.
- TARGET AUDIENCE: Who they are, age range, characteristics, what problem are you trying to solve for them, their spending habits, etc.
- CAMPAIGN GOALS: What is your primary goal? (e.g., lead generation, eCommerce sales, brand awareness). What KPIs matter most to you? (ROAS, CPA, conversion rate, CTR). Do you have a specific target ROAS or CPA goal?
- COMPETITOR INSIGHTS: Who are your top competitors? List any specific competitors you want to outbid or appear above in search.
Because you have given AI a deeper understanding of your business to start, you can now use simpler prompts.
*If you have privacy concerns, share your industry, descriptions, etc. without your business name or website link.
