We’re thrilled to share very exciting news—Socium Media has made Inc. Magazine’s Best Workplaces list two years in a row! 

After anonymously surveying our entire team on topics such as management effectiveness, company perks, employee growth opportunities, and overall company culture, our ‘score’ was compared to thousands of other companies. The final list was then paired down to just 475 winners—and we’re honored to be included.

Great workplaces are no longer defined by the tangible benefits they offer such as working from home, free lunches, hip office spaces, and in-office coffee bars. The workforce has shifted and now recognizes and prioritizes the importance of intangible benefits.
